9:45- 10:00- Intro/ Warm Up & Stretch

10:00- 1st session of skills and drills (offense)

11:00-12:00 2nd group of stations (Defense /Agility)

12:00-1:00 LUNCH & Basketball Film or Highlight Session

1:00/1:15- 1:30 Time for guest Speaker

1:15-1:30 Quick Stretch

1:30-2:00- Team Building Games and Competitions (Lay up/ Dribbling Relays; Big Game of Basketball

2:00-3:30 Scrimmage games (5 on 5, 3 on 3, King of Court)

3:30-3:45 Water Break

3:45- 4:00 Functional Camp Games

4:00-5:00 Free Play/Camper Pick up
